    Media: Federal Government Corruption has put FEAR right down to the local government.

    I am a retired blue collar worker who has been involved with USA Federal Government Corruption with lobbyists. Legal case: U.S. Fraud Act. I wrote the US Senate in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008. In 2007, I wrote the US House Judiciary.

    Ex, FDA, Commissioner, Lester Crawford, illegally resigned to plead the 5th Amendment, so the
    USA Federal Government network with lobbyists would not be expose. I am completing this corruption legally under the US Fraud Act. NO FREEDOM OF THE NEWSPAPERS.

    This is Ken Dowd versus the entire Federal Government and lobbyists. I have all the Federal Felony Letters, proof of racketeering, and hidden corruption because the Newspapers have FEAR OF RETALITION, just like myself. --NO FREEDOM OF THE PRESS--Berry Meiers, NY Times has 7 Certified Letters/Return Receipts. He asked me to stop sending Certified Mail !

    The case will disbar Norvartis Pharmaceutical, Basel, Switzerland, and all of the Federal Departments that I have written. I have not missed any Federal Organization. These “Oath of Office” officers need to be put in jail.

    Remember, the FDA and Norvartis knew of the penalties before a 3 year agreement to dump mislabeled and misbranded medical devices all over the world. Now, the entire Federal Government is involved.

    I polygraph all my paperwork. If I am lying; I would be in jail. Case is under the US Fraud Act.

    Congress will not put themselves in jail. The Federal Government offices in Atlanta, Georgia will not put themselves in jail.

    Open case with Federal Grand Jury; FBI polygraph; State of polygraph; or exposure of evidence in media. I WILL POLYGRAPH--Ken

    Fyi--allege--1-800-Contacts came to Ciba campus in December, 2003. Your scanners showed correctly the Freshlooks were expired. Then Ciba put a red ink hand stamped date on the other side of the box in 2004, so the illegible scan (Fed. Barcode was not illegalible) could be avoided. Your employees shipped these lenses with two Barcodes. I am prosecuting under the US Fraud Act. A copy to 1-800-Contacts and Walmart. 11-20-2008
